Elisha Evison

Elisha first learned to drive with Nigel over 10 years ago, and she’s been part of the NRDS journey ever since.

After officially joining the team in 2023, Elisha quickly became the engine room of NRDS — running everything behind the scenes and making sure the wheels keep turning smoothly.

From office operations to customer service, answering calls, managing bookings and payments, and overseeing social media — Elisha is the go-to for both pupils and instructors alike.

She works closely with our growing team of instructors across Ellesmere Port through to Shrewsbury, and beyond — playing a vital role in recruiting new instructors, maintaining our website, and keeping day-to-day systems running smoothly.

If something needs organising, improving, or fixing — chances are, shes already on it.

Elisha is also a manual driving instructor in the Wrexham area, known for her calm, friendly and supportive approach that helps her pupils feel confident and capable from the very first lesson.

Outside of work, Elisha loves making memories with her family — especially when it involves a bit of adventure! Whether it's mountain walks, exploring the outdoors, or finding new places to unwind, she’s always up for something that brings people together.
